Independent Films welcomes writer-director Johnny Hardstaff to its impressive roster of talent for exclusive UK advertising representation. London-based Hardstaff has worked with some of the world’s most famous brands, including Audi, Gucci, Philips, Ferrari and Smirnoff.

Hardstaff’s well-rounded body of work focuses on three distinct areas: performance, technical challenges and meticulous art direction. He co-wrote and directed Michael Fassbender in the hugely successful ‘DAVID’ for Ridley Scott, and his innate understanding of technologies and post production processes is evidenced in his frozen Honda ‘Feeling’ spot, along with many others.

His work has garnered numerous wins at Cannes, D&AD and British Arrows amongst many more.

Johnny will be represented by Independent for advertising across Europe and by RESET Content in the US.
